Operations Associate

Job Description

The Operations Associate will be the superhero that helps keep Savvy’s gigs running smoothly, which means that Savvy’s clients are getting critical patient input, and patients are getting paid! This role requires exceptional organization, technical proficiency to navigate and troubleshoot different softwares, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and the temperament to juggle incoming requests on a daily basis. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to get startup experience and make an impact in scaling up a company.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Setting up new projects on our platform (using drag and drop tools, coding experience not necessary)
  • Scheduling appointments and sending calendar invites
  • Processing participant consent forms and payments
  • Managing our CRM/database
  • Inbox management for the operations team
  • Helping users with technical challenges
  • Identifying ways to make processes more efficient
  • Working closely with the COO and operations team

Ideal candidate:

  • Is strong using tech platforms and is a quick learner of new software
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Has strong organizational skills
  • Is great with a spreadsheet
  • Is a good communicator
  • Is willing to jump in wherever necessary
  • Is open to the role evolving


  • No formal degree or work experience required
  • Must be great navigating softwares


  • Savvy is a distributed team, meaning we all work remotely, regardless of pandemic
