Operations Associate

Job Description:

The Operations Associate will be the superhero that helps keep Savvy’s gigs running smoothly, which means that Savvy’s clients are getting critical patient input, and patients are getting paid! This role requires exceptional organization, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and the temperament to juggle incoming requests on a daily basis. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to get startup experience and make an impact in scaling up a company. This position can be full-time or part-time with the potential to grow into full time, with lots of growth opportunities.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Setting up new projects on our platform (using drag and drop tools, coding experience not necessary)

  • Scheduling appointments and sending calendar invites

  • Processing participant consent forms and payments

  • Managing invoices

  • Managing our CRM/database

  • Identifying ways to make processes more efficient

  • Working closely with the COO and operations team


Ideal candidate:

  • Is strong using tech platforms and is a quick learner of new software

  • Has excellent attention to detail

  • Has strong organizational skills

  • Is a good communicator

  • Is willing to jump in wherever necessary

  • Is open to the role evolving



  • No formal degree or work experience required



  • Will report directly to COO


  • Savvy is a distributed team, meaning we all work remotely, even pre-pandemic
