Qualitative Researcher and/or Moderator/Facilitator
Job Description:
Savvy’s tagline is “Ask Patients,” and we are seeking additional support to help do just that! We are looking to deepen our bench of moderators, facilitators, and qualitative researchers. The current need is for part-time work, likely on a project-by-project basis. Projects may include in-depth interviews, focus groups, advisory boards, online discussion boards, surveys, and beyond. An ideal candidate has personal patient or caregiver experience to be able to empathize with respondents and develop top-notch discussion guides. This role is part-time with the potential to grow.
Responsibilities may include:

Facilitate in-depth interviews or focus groups

Moderate online discussion boards

Develop discussion guides

Develop survey questions
-
Conduct analyses and create reports

Work closely with both the business development and operations teams
Ideal candidate:
-
Is a trained qualitative researcher
-
Has experience as a moderator or facilitator

Has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and ecosystem

Has their own patient experience from which to draw

Has a flexible schedule and willing to work outside business hours, if necessary, to accommodate for work in different time zones
