Project Managers are the glue between our clients and our patient community. They are responsible for executing on our client work, including coordinating the various market research, user experience research, qualitative research, usability studies, product-testing, and other co-design opportunities that Savvy services. To do this, project managers communicate with clients, Savvy team members, and our patient community. To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, the ability to oversee numerous projects at once, incredible work ethic to make sure no balls are dropped, and the comfort to implement processes in real time for our growing number of offerings. This role is perfect for someone skilled at working in a fast-paced environment who is looking to make an impact in scaling up a company.
Savvy’s tagline is “Ask Patients,” and we are seeking additional support to help do just that! We are looking to bring on additional researchers to service our growing number of patient insight projects. Projects may include in-depth interviews, focus groups, advisory boards, online discussion boards, surveys, user experience testing, and beyond. In this role you will work with the clients to understand their needs and objectives, propose the best methodology, create discussion guides/questions, moderate, and report on the project, along with coordinate with clients and patients along the way. An ideal candidate has personal patient or caregiver experience that can be drawn upon to take their level of understanding of the problem to the next level! Full and part-time available. Role and title based on experience.
Savvy is looking for an enthusiastic community outreach specialist to help us deliver on our ever-growing demand for patient insights! You’ll work closely with our business development team to assess the feasibility of various projects (e.g. how easy it is to reach the very specific patient population a client is looking for) as well as our operations team to help them connect directly with targeted patients and caregivers. Ideal candidates have experience in patient advocacy and community outreach, are motivated by getting things over the finish line, and are excellent communicators. You’ll be the front door for patients to learn about Savvy, so be prepared to talk about why diverse patient insights help accelerate innovation and how Savvy helps patients get paid when they do so!
